• Miss Melissa

  Utilizing my degree in Education from West Chester University I began my career with The Goddard School in Exton as a teacher in 2002. I then became the Director of Education for 5 years, before becoming an on-site Owner. As a mother of two Goddard graduates and an educator, I believe that providing children with daily experiences to grow and learn in an environment that supports the whole child is essential in creating life long learners! I truly love creating a family atmosphere here at Goddard!

• Miss Elita

  My interest in education began in high school and continued on into college at West Chester University where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2013 and received my Prek-4 Teaching Certification. I taught Preschool and Pre-K before becoming a director in the fall of 2021. My passion for early education has only grown since then! What I love most about working at a school is that every day is different and brings something new. I believe in a positive mindset and building up those around me as much as I can!

  I have been with The Goddard School, Exton since 2015, but my background in Early Childhood Education started back in 1991. Having worked both as a teacher, as well as Director, I have been able to experience preschool from a variety of levels. I've learned that patience, laughter and joy are what makes each day worthwhile!

  I have been teaching the Pre-Toddlers here at The Goddard School for over 20 years! I have earned my CDA and enjoy continuing to learn more about my profession. Young Toddlers amaze me every day in how they show their independence! They love to learn and try new things; it's wonderful to have the opportunity to teach them every day!

• Miss Amanda

  Hi, I'm Amanda. I graduated from Lehigh University with my Master's in Elementary Education. I have previous experience working at a Goddard School in New York assisting the Pre-K and Toddler classrooms. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and reading books. I cannot wait to get to know all of the children here!

• Miss Daniela

  Hi, my name is Daniela but everyone calls me Miss Ella. I have my degree in Elementary Education through Grand Canyon University online. I have been working with children in a professional setting since 2017. I enjoy watching children grow and learn and being part of their educational journey. In my spare time, I spend time with my husband, Dylan and working on new craft projects.

• Miss Heather

  I am a graduate of Cabrini College with my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Being a mother of three boys and a Toddler teacher, I am not a stranger to messes! I love to see the joy in a young child's face as they use their imagination to create and explore. I strive to make my classroom a warm home-like environment that allows Toddlers to learn, laugh and grow!

• Miss Jeanne

  Hi, I am Jeanne. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education. After 4 years in Special Education, I had the amazing opportunity to be home with my two girls while providing childcare in my home. After 10 years, I am so excited to be teaching again! When I am not at school, I enjoy the hustle of all things sports with my daughters and husband. We enjoy being outside as a family. I am excited to be in the Preschool classroom to help your children succeed and grow.

  I have been teaching at The Goddard School since 1999. I have over 20 years of experience working with children. Every day I am amazed by the inquisitiveness that my students bring to school; I love watching their personalities grow and develop. The Goddard School, Exton is my home away from home and I strive to make my classroom the same for your child!

• Miss Lindsay

  Hi, my name is Lindsay. I am currently a nursing major at DCCC. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology from Immaculata University. I have worked previously in the childcare field for over ten years, but I took some time away while raising my three children, a 15-year-old and two 11-year-olds! I am excited to be working with kiddos again! I previously was a lead teacher in classrooms ranging from infants to toddlers. I love to make each day unique and fun!

• Miss Namita

  My name is Namita, and I am so happy that I get to assist in the Preschool classroom! I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and recently obtained my master's degree in TESL (teaching English as a second language) from the University of Delaware. I have worked with children for over three years. It makes me happy to make a difference in their lives! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I am excited about the opportunity to support your child's development and to foster their success!

  Hi, my name is Samantha and I am thrilled to be working in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom as well as mentoring new staff. After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in elementary education, I spent time working in the local school districts as an reading interventionist. I look forward to meeting your family!

• Mrs Savannah

  Hello Goddard Families! My name is Savannah and in the time that I have been here I have had the pleasure of teaching in the Preschool, Toddler and First Step classrooms. Each class has taught me so much and has encouraged me to go back to school. I recently have completed my masters degree in education! My future goal is to become a director and I currently spend time closing the school in the afternoons as well as helping with a variety of office tasks. My current home is in the Toddler room and I can't wait to help your little one learn and grow!

• Miss Audrie

  My name is Audrie and I am thrilled to be returning to teach the First Steps Classroom, as I have a true passion for childcare. I was previously with The Goddard School Exton for almost 3 years teaching in the Infant Nursery. I have earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) and am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communication from Southern New Hampshire University. I love spending my free time with my friends and family, and I also enjoy hiking and discovering fun places to visit!

• Miss Caitlyn

  Hi, my name is Caitlyn. I am a graduate of Immaculata University with a degree in music. I have been working with children since I was in 7th grade, working as a mother's Helper along with 12 years of babysitting experience. I have been in the education field since 2019 helping children with all different needs and abilities. I have always loved working with children and cannot wait to get to know your children!

• Miss Calyx

  Hi, my name is Calyx. I am currently a Spanish Education major at West Chester University. Although I aspire to be a high school Spanish teacher, I love watching how quickly young children learn as well as getting to know all of their unique personalities. Outside of work and school, I love traveling. I recently came back from Spain in the Spring of 2023 while studying abroad!

  Hi, my name is Emma. I am currently a student at TCHS Brandywine in the Early Childhood Development program including a dual enrollment program at Delaware County Community College. I love working with children and have been doing so for many years. It is my goal to be a positive role model in children’s lives and to be someone they can look up to. I look forward to attending college after graduation to receive a degree in Speech Language Pathology. I look forward to getting to know you!

• Miss Katherinne

  Hi, my name is Katherinne, and I am happy to be a teacher in the infant nursery. I have always enjoyed kids, and being at the Goddard School is a great opportunity to get to know all of them better. My mother tongue is Spanish, and I went to school in my home country where I became an English teacher in 2021! I have loved working with children since then. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, going to different places and eating delicious food.

  Hi, my name is Katie and I am a senior at Cabrini University majoring in Educational Studies PreK-4 with Special Education. In addition to working with kids as a nanny, I also have my degree in Special Education. I look forward to growing with the children here at Goddard!

  Hi, my name is Landon. I am an Anthropology major at West Chester University, and I am interested in becoming a counselor after attaining my degree. I helped to raise my little brother and sister after my dad passed in 2012. I enjoy spending time with children and playing games with them! I am especially excited to hang out and work with the children here at The Goddard School!

• Miss Leah

  Hi, my name is Leah. I am studying Business Administration at Eastern University. I am the youngest sister in my family of four. My hobbies are singing, cooking, and braiding hair! I am very excited to learn and grow here at Goddard as I navigate the Kindergarten classroom this summer!

  Hi! My name is Mackenzie and I am currently a nursing student at Widener University. I have experience working with children of all ages through nannying and babysitting. I am excited to be working with all the students here at Goddard!

• Miss Madison

  My name is Maddie. I am excited to be a part of the Goddard family. Over the last two years spent in early education centers, I have worked mainly with ages 1-3 years. I hope to possibly have my own class in the future and to stay in the industry for a long time. My favorite part of working with children is watching them grow and seeing how excited they are to learn new things! I love being goofy with the kiddos and love that I feel I can be my true self with them. I also find building relationships with families to be very rewarding. Outside of work, I love spending time outside and taking any chance I can to go on little adventures whether it be driving to new places or going on hikes! I love animals and have lots of pets including a horse, Izzy, and my cat, Peppa!

  Hi, my name is Olivia and I am a student at West Chester University studying communication. I started working with children as a teenager through my school's preschool program. In my spare time I love to play with my nephew Jasper whenever I can. I am so excited to be able to work at Goddard and help the children learn and grow.

  Hi, my name is Olivia. I attend TCHS Brandywine, and I've been involved in the early childcare program there for three years. I want to work with children because I love getting to know their personalities and watching them grow!

  Hi, my name is Olivia and I am excited to join the Goddard team! My interests have always involved children. It is a great experience to help them grow and develop. I'm excited to get to know the children of the Goddard School in Exton and look forward to what the school year brings!

  Hi, my name is Samantha, and I am currently an Early Childhood Education major at Immaculata University. I have been working with children since 7th grade where I would coach and referee four and five-year-olds in soccer. I spent a lot of time babysitting my little cousins and watching them grow and learn over the years. I hope to have my own classroom in the future, either teaching Kindergarten or Second Grade. I am so excited to gain experience and start my journey at the Goddard School of Exton and to be able to work with all of the children!

  Hello! My name is Sophia. Not only am I one of nine children, but I am also a triplet! I just graduated from Downingtown East High School, and I have gained experience with children while babysitting for the past two years! I am so excited to learn and grow this school year.

  Hi, my name is Tiffany and I am currently a Human Development and Family Studies major at Penn State Brandywine. I am excited to do my internship here and meet everyone I have been babysitting all throughout my life. In my free time, I love taking my dog, Leo, to the park!
