Betty Haas
Rich Miniconzi joined the North Exton center in July of 2011. Before that, he was most recently a Center Director at another KinderCare center in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Rich has had experience as a teacher, Assistant Director, and Center Director over his 10 year tenure with KinderCare. Rich brings his enthusiasm for quality childcare and strong customer relationships to Exton. Rich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education as well as a Pennsylvania Center Director's Credential. In addition to this, Rich has also been named to the KinderCare's prestigious School Advisory Council in recognition of outstanding leadership. He has also been awarded KinderCare Director of the Year.

Ms. Sandra
Ms. Sandra teaches in our infant classroom here at the North Exton KinderCare center. Ms. Sandra has been working with young children for the past five years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and has recently earned her Child Development Associate certificate. Ms. Sandra has been a part of our family since March 2011 and has helped transform our new infant classroom to a warm, playful, safe and nurturing environment for our infants.

Ms. Lisa
Ms. Lisa started at our center in June of 2011 and teaches in the toddler classroom. Ms. Lisa has over 20 years experience working with young children and holds an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently enrolled to complete her Child Development Associate certificate. Her creativity, fun and energetic personality has been a wonderful addition for our toddlers.

Ms. Donna
Ms. Donna has been working for KinderCare for over 10 years and has been teaching young children for over 20! She holds a Child Development Associate certificate in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Donna is extremely patient and caring with our young children. She loves to see their excitement while teaching the children new ideas each day. Ms. Donna understands the tough job parents have and really partners with them to ensure every child is developed into a young learner.

Ms. Svetlana
Ms. Svetlana joined our center in April of 2011 and teaches in the prekindergarten classroom. Ms. Svetlana has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and many years experience working with young children. She lights up the classroom with her cheerful disposition and really works on preparing her class for Kindergarten.
